What is QueueSafe?
QueueSafe helps you avoid long queues at government offices, banks, and other service locations. Check real-time wait times before you visit and get alerts when queues are short.
Queue Estimates
Wait times are estimated using:
- Real-time signals from people at the location
- Historical patterns from past weeks
- Time of day and day of week trends
Confidence bars show how reliable the estimate is. More bars = more data = more accurate.
Send a Signal
When you're at a location, help others by sending a quick signal about the queue:
You can send a signal once every 5 minutes. Your input helps make estimates more accurate for everyone!
Best Times to Visit
The heat strip shows typical busyness throughout the day. Taller bars = busier times. Use this to plan your visit during quieter hours.
Set Up Alerts
Get notified when conditions are favorable:
- Queue alerts: When wait time drops below your threshold (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
- System online: When an offline location comes back online
Tap the bell icon in the top right to manage your alerts.
Your Privacy
QueueSafe is completely anonymous. No account required. We use a random device ID stored locally on your device to prevent spam and personalize alerts - but we never collect personal information or track your location.
